Refund policy

Refund
1. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), full refund will be processed or replacement will be arranged.
2. The refund will be made within 3 days after receiving your problem because we need time to check.

Return
1. We only accept: the item is not in good condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: customized or personalized items; items on clearance or marked as final sale.
3. Contact our sales within 30 days after receiving your item; Pls ship the package with a traceable shipping service, we recommend insuring the package for your protection.
4. Once receiving your returned item, we will notify you about refund after our inspection.
